Composer is the word I thought would best define my method of design. Design and fine arts have totally different concepts, but they both exist in my brain.
In my own words, design is there to communicate with audiences through visual explanation. A designer will have clients, so she needs to know the main idea that clients want to convey to their target audiences. A designer reaches the end result by using the appropriate media in the given time period. To comparing art with design, artists start a project without a client. They use art to show what’s in their minds. They can do whatever they are interested in. Artists are focusing on themselves rather than others.
My design is seeming a compound subject. It contains two very different ideas coming from design and art. Because there is a conflict between two ideas, I often find that I am facing two opposite ideas while doing projects and I welcome that. The result is I enjoy the process of finding a balance between two conflicting subjects, and I believe this process makes my design become better and more effective.
