Compliments are powerful as they can encourage and empower. Unfortunately little girls mostly only get commented on how cute they look, despite being so much more! They're friendly, ambitious, talented, creative, helpful, etc. So lets give a bit more thought into our compliments for little girls. Lets tell them all that they are, and can be!
