Plus8 Vinyl Labels
After choosing the reinterpreted logo as part of their new identity Plus8 asked me to try and design some proposals for their vinyl labels and webicons for the release and for the individual tracks on it. They liked them and the new releases feature these designs.
After choosing the reinterpreted logo as part of their new identity Plus8 asked me to try and design some proposals for their vinyl labels and webicons for the release and for the individual tracks on it. They liked them and the new releases feature these designs.
The webicons feature 8 circles, each signifying a binary number in ascending order from left to right, the sum of the colored circles being the release number.
This was actually Richie Hawtin's idea as a conceptual upgrade to the initial design.
