DStv CUSTOMER SURVEY MAILER CAMPAIGN

DStv loves to work around the sense of family and community, which I took into consideration for this campaign. The brief was to revamp the three-year-old mailer template and improve customer drop-off rates. We decided to have some fun and came up with short, quirky mailers because no one wants a novella in their inbox. The emails were sent out at various stages of the DStv customer lifecycle.
