Customer Journey Map of Jan in 2030
The future travel experience would be more seamless, with less difference between the public and private transportation. An application would combine the function of the car key and the OV chip card. It would become the future heart of the transportation in 2030.

Product Service Goal 
The envisioned goal of products and services of WorldPass can be categorised in eight categories: various car sharing service, personalization support, seamless user experience, public transportation alternatives, global presence, solution based on special purpose, autonomous driving, no parking worries. For each of these categories a time-pacing strategy has been developed.
