Visual identity for the Meštrović Atelier

Creating a visual identity for the Meštrović Atelier is derived fromreflection on the importance of presenting the works of Ivan Meštrović. Afterresearching and studying the rich collection, central character was selected as a template for the visual identity,the character of Ivan Meštrović himself, a sculpture, the artist'sself-portrait, which is exhibited in the Hall on the ground floor (“Self-Portrait”, 1930.). The wholeconcept of this work is based on simplicity and modernity of artisticexpression that runs through every aspect of visual identity. The aim of thisproject is to stimulate interest and attract audience to visit the Meštrović Atelier,and thus realize the importance and size of Meštrović's works which are world famousand a part of Croatian cultural history.
