New Request Process & New Feature Integration
Briefing:
Before the product had only one option, that was a payed option, and like this due the nature of the content, the product was working perfectly.
In order to increase the retention and consequently increase the interaction with the app and its assets, was introduced a second Request method, and it was free.
At the start the challenge was already very complicated,´however time wasn't on our side, literally like always, and the proect needed to be done on the same week.
Solution:
A tue option screen, with the right flow and intuition trigger, can actually solve the issue, without scare the user.
A fluid animation supported by very soft transitions, and the key secret to work, is the fact that the elements never leave the screen, laving only space for what matter, and cultivate the feeling of complete control, a feeling that convert very well when the user face the moment when should decide between payed or free service.
