New Request Process & New Feature Integration

Briefing:
Before the product had only one option, that was a payed option, and like this due the nature of the content, the product was working perfectly.
In order to increase the retention and consequently increase the interaction with the app and its assets, was introduced a second Request method, and it was free.

At the start the challenge was already very complicated,´however time wasn't on our side, literally like always, and the proect needed to be done on the same week. 


Solution:
A tue option screen, with the right flow and intuition trigger, can actually solve the issue, without scare the user.

A fluid animation supported by very soft transitions, and the key secret to work, is the fact that the elements never leave the screen, laving only space for what matter, and cultivate the feeling of complete control, a feeling that convert very well when the user face the moment when should decide between payed or free service.
Greetzly is available in both Apple Store or Google Play, and its free of charge, so I strongly suggest you to install and find out how it works, and please leave your opinion on the comments.
Mockups:
#1 Screen: When the user must decide wich one, even if not sure yet what the intention is. The feeling is obvious, and the try is inevitable. After try and realize the limitations of each kind of request, the user can swipe from left to right and vice versa, without losing the text already written and without save.
Paid request: As you can see on the image above, in this screen, was reduce 3 taps from the previous process, and display two kinds of payment methods as CTA.
Free Request: for clear reasons the user tends always to start thru this screen, and that is why instead of use too much elements, we decide for a more clean and visual free environment,that by itself have a very negative impact with positive results. "Curiosity killed the cat, and the game has started, so now that the user know how empty can be a free request, the wish and desire for the payed one, just got a bit more intense.
Congratulation, you have finalize one of both, so you are always the winner, independent of type of request.  Retention, was something that I mention before...
