The topic of animals protection has always been bothering me, since I first found out about human caused animals extinction. I could never understand why people would want to kill amazingly beautiful creatures and our much needed neighbors on this planet. In fact, to kill so much that it leads to a whole population death, to kill with no real reason, nor real need.
This piece is meant to be slightly satiric and haunting. It is a glimpse at the future, where nothing is left from the nature. The world where all that people have are huge cities with blinding lights and bones of animals that lived before, soaked in a memory of the past nature glory. There, such things as skulls become a valuable and chic accessories. The skull mask on a girl is hinting on the fact that the beauty of animals will never stop mesmerizing people and they will always want to be closer to it in some sense. With no true solution for this desire, humans wear animals' parts in hope to fulfill their urge.
