Here are the first spots that we produced at Mullen after winning Zappos.com in a new business pitch. The idea was to not just talk about Zappos' legendary customer service, but to show it. So we called actual Zappos service reps and taped the conversations. The Service Reps showed they were truly different and to turn those interactions into TV spots, we naturally turned everyone into puppets!
