Consumer-facing website, e-commerce, mobile adaptive design.
Lorex introduced a new line of home-automation, home electronics devices aimed at a wide range of consumers, prosumers, and home owners. The challenge here was to make home electronics devices appealing and functional, as well as providing consumers with convenience and ease of purchase.
A strong focus was placed on mobility and adaptive design to ensure mobile consumers showrooming can have quick and easy access to the full line of the Lorex products and the many different combinations of devices available to consumers.
Since the inception of the overall new line of products launch, the overall User Experience was defined as the main driver for the initiative and influenced greatly the process, development and interactions between the multiple users and all facets of the campaign, whether online of offline. The methodology followed was highly iterative and collaborative with research, testing, development, content, and prototyping to test for quality results.
