Recently, I have been thinking about the transient nature of so much around us: from a shadow sliding across a room throughout the day, to digital interactions lasting a few seconds to 24 hours. I have always been one to save each greeting card received on birthdays and holidays; the ability to see a note from a late relative or a childhood friend is an amazing experience to me. I fear that this sentiment may disappear within this digital age. In this series, I decided to juxtapose these bands of text 'us millennials' send to each other on a daily basis with the tangible connection of a printed card.
