This type set started with Mixel, the collaging app. I am an avid sci-fi reader, and I wanted to create small futuristic worlds around each letter. They are filled with blinking lights, clouds, strange animals, and neon signs, a reference to the street scenes in Bladerunner、the illustrations of Moebius, and numerous other sci-fi visuals.
Each letter is unique. I would encourage you to try and find a few things hidden throughout them too: antlers, donut sprinkles, a University of Michigan hat, a zebra, a fox, HALs red eye, a cat, and a KISS member. If you find other cool things, let me know in the comments.
