The web design arm of Twin State Technical Services was having a hard time standing out from the IT-focused nature of its parent. So, we made a separate, fun site.

Clients in the Quad Cities see us as pretty unique with our illustrated style (hand-drawn by yours truly). We've also received business through our contact form, and provide regular updates through our blog.

We decided to use our boss Beth as a mascot, since she was the one most often making client calls at the time.

We also developed the site using LESS CSS for the first time. I've since switched to SASS, but it was a nice experiment.
