HIFCC was requested to provide a counter claim report on behalf of the Contractor against the MEP Subcontractor assessing the validity and entitlement of the Subcontractor’s Statement of Claim for Extension of the Time for Completion and Compensation in connection with the Subcontract provisions amounting to 450 calendar days and around QR 19 M respectively due to disruptive events that occurred during the course of the Project.
The report also tackled Subcontractor’s adopted methodology, provides a defensive response to each and every item claimed by the Subcontractor, and details the Contractor’s assessment of the delays by adopting the Window Analysis Technique (for 20 windows)
