In march 2012, Eyes on Asia, (Photography: Felix Hug/ Styling and Production: Jamie Boyd)  had a chance to be engaged for a brush up shoot to fill some gaps of either missing shots, or images they were not yet happy with from the previous photographers. (Not unusual for hotels btw.) It gave us a chance to look at some of the topics completely differently and shoot new setups and angles. 

Especially the overview shot and the beach dining image were angles i had strong feelings to improve on it. The property is incredible to be seen form the upper villas, however what the eye sees is hard to capture in one shot. 

I chose to shoot a panoramic shot over 200 degrees wide, that for the first time allowed you to see the whole extend of the property from the sea, all the way back over the pool and spa area to the first villas.

For the beach dining setup it was very important to me that you get a feel of the place without loosing its romance.
