A complete masonry restoration was preformed on the 400 s. Jefferson building ,starting with the main building, grinding out 100% of all mortar joints and repointed. Rebuild the parapets on the east elevation, north west corner and south west corner. Installed new precast sills on the first floor of the south, east and north elevations.Installed new precast coppings on all of the parapet walls.Moving on to the annex the west elevation wall was reinforced window openings cut in .grinded out 100% of all mortar joints and repointed on the annex, A post masonry wash down was preformed after all the repointing and brick replacment was completed on both buildings. Five granite pieces at the entrance to the main building where removed for the canopy brackets to be installed, once complete the granite was reinstalled ,refinisned and caulked.
