This pictures were taken during my last expedition trip to the third tallest volcano in Mexico, Iztaccihuatl. The day before we summited, we mounted our tents at 4,400mts. witnessing a beautiful sunset. The we layed inside for around 5 hours (in which I only slept half an hour because of the altitude) and we woke up at 1:00am to start hiking towards the summit. After walking uphill for around three hours we arrived to the glacier, contemplating pink and yellowish colors on the snow, where the sun was painting with his morning rays.
