Outdoor Garden Chair 
The ARCHER Garden Chair was developed for my design course. The task was to design an adult-sized stackable "Garden Chair". It had to be made from 1 piece, with no moving parts and injection mouldable from a 2 piece mould. It had to hold 200kg with a minium factor of safety of 2.

ARCHER was created in Rhino 3D using the T-Splines plug-in and stress tested in Solidworks having a factor of safety of 17. All the above renders were made with Maxwell Render and edited in Photoshop.
