Vonage undertook a redesign of their customer facing website. The site was not only out-of-date, but in some places it was actually broken.

Taking inventory of the current site gave a clear understanding of the scope of the project. A review of the User Testing revealed what could be removed, enhanced or added.

As lead UI UX Design Engineer, I not only utilized Omnigraffle to design wireframes and write annotations, but I also supervised 4 other designers. As supervisor, I wrote up step-by-step directions on how to follow the Omnigraffle template for creating and editing the wireframes as well as how to upload their work to the Alfredo OCM.
