Brief of this project was to make a furniture out of only one type of paper, using only one technique repeatedly. The furniture should be able to hold 60 kgs and at the minimum 2'0" high.
Newspaper and folding-turning technique was used.
Newspaper was first folded and joined together to get a long thick strip which was then colied around to get the first layer of the furniture.
6 layers were made in such a manner.
Paper ropes were weaved together and then tied in a vertical manner across the horizontal layers to hold the furniture together.
