Now I´m going to show you my degree project, a neighborhood with 300 apartments, the idea is to project an unit wich creates a private places for the neighbors, into this place they enjoy facilities like gardens or private parking, differents units are also connected by walks at ground floor, common access to the blocks are at first level making another common place in a high position to see all the neigborhood.

Blocks have differents storeys and length, thought for the best access of sun, the open side of the units are oriented to south.

The west border of the project is join to national road N-IV, with a lot of traffic, neighborhood is saved by zone of gardens with trees, and the blocks of this border are the smaller, most part of the apartments are into betters places.

The pictures of this performance were made in "mock-up" style, its remember the way architects projected until computers.

Types of apartments, in the tower, two rooms and studios, to the road, one bedroom and guest chamber (ideal for bachelors, they don´t mind the noise, they make it), the blocks in the east are duplex into a block with four bedrooms.
