An intuitive user interface for a powerful application
Primadesk is a web application developed by experienced Silicon Valley entrepreneurs that allows users to access their “cloud” content in one integrated hub.
The application enables users to manage files and information such as photos, emails, documents and contacts from popular web-based services such as Google, Facebook, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. in one place.

The main requirement was to design an intuitive and attractive interface, which made the application (technically complex) easy to understand and use.
Giro54 redefined the interface metaphor replacing the expandable text-menus with a new system based on self-explanatory icons. This way, the application could be internationalized and localized a lot faster, while making it friendlier and accessible to a broader audience.
We streamlined the Registration and Login processes; designed a new Welcome Screen that adapts dynamically as the users activate more services and redesigned the main sections for Documents, Emails and Photos as well as the Search Results page.
After the launch of the web version, Giro54 adapted the new design for native mobile applications for iPhone and Android.
