On the left is a map stitched together from Google Maps screenshots. On the right the same map has been altered in Photoshop to show the addition of roads that would help to bridge the gap between downtown Savannah and west Savannah. It also shows the removal of the I-16 flyover of MLK Blvd. as it enters down, depositing drivers onto Montgomery St. 

This is a working map - markers on a print out.
