In this task, we were asked to create a website and include information about various topics on World War Two. I fully designed and coded this website. The Wordpress theme is a modified version of a basic theme I created earlier that year.
The fonts used are League Gothic (by Micah Rich and Caroline Hadilaksono) and Palatino Linotype (by Hermann Zapf). I selected these fonts and colors to convey a retro, newspaper feel, but made it modern with a semi-transparent white background (for legibility) and large background images. The sidebar scrolls with the page.
