Sales Incentive Campaign - SABORES DA CONQUISTA
Challenges:
Apsen, in partnership with OM Phamar (Switzerland), needed an action to increase product sales and achieve the sales goals stipulated by the Swiss partner for the Brazilian market in 2011.
EC Solution:
We created a sales contest for the representatives with communication inspired by Swiss culture and aligned with a main prize; a visit to the headquarters of the product manufacturer, OM Pharma, in Geneva, Switzerland. We were able to interest the reps and keep them engaged through periodic activities.
Results:
The sales goal for 2011 was met and surpassed by 20% at the end of the competition.
