Imagine you live near a beautiful protected park. Not just any park but one that has national status. To your horror a Goldman Sachs subsidiary plans to build a 100 megawatt power plant with eleven 100 foot towers from hell. They will spew approximately 400 tons of toxic pollutants per year and 50% of it is carbon monoxide.

The power plant sits right next to Mission Trails Regional Park and surrounding communities (its nearest neighbor would be West Hills High School). The noise and pollution will be substantial. The area is not zoned as industrial, yet officials may allow zoning changes to allow approval of this project. Mission Trails Park and all its glory and history will be harmed by the noise, air pollution and visual blight.

Profit-hungry financial and power companies are planning to build more toxic plants: your community may just be next. The truth is we have the energy we need and solar is the future, not gas and oil. Germany gets 50% of its power from solar.

I decided to fight this monster and provide branding for the campaign. Please see our website and get informed. Below are brand images, volunteers, and photos of the campaign and the park we cherish.
The park has a majestic gorge and river that includes hawks and eagles. The river in the logo doubles as a trail.
