I picked the lyrics from the song "Where Do My Bluebird Fly," in which homesickness and the comfort of home is a major theme. I wanted the poster to illustrate the value of home as well as the metaphor of a bird being the desire to return back to where it belongs. I created many iterations of the poster both sketched and digital. For the final poster, I looked at pictures of my childhood hometown in Bologna, Italy and used various details from them in my design.
