Ernest is the first typeface we have created. It is based on our work for Out Of Hours and developed from the visual identity for the second show.

Using only two shapes the stencil face is designed to capture the rhythm and character of Yorkshire dialect.

The display font is a single height case that appears in both upper and lowercase as well as numerals and other glyphs. Once it is fully finished as a working face we will make it available for purchase, sign up to our newsletter to be kept up-to-date with its progress.
