Amelia and I lived together in the Crafts House, a co-operative residence at Tufts University. She is a creative soul who can truly appreciate a handmade gift. Amelia embraces bright colors and shares her laughter with complete abandon. Amelia and Fernando's wedding quilt combines strips of felted wool, cut from recycled sweaters, and pieced together in a Roman Stripes pattern. The softness and variation of cashmere, angora, and shetland wools remind me of Amelia's depth and kindness, one she will most certainly weave into marriage and motherhood.
