Williams-Martini Racing Rebranded

Granted the chance to negotiate our own briefs I decided to orientate mine around Formula 1, specifically in the event that alcohol sponsorship is outlawed in the same vein of tobacco sponsorship. With the current proliferant state of alcohol sponsorship in the sport the possibility that alcohol sponsorship be banned is a real possibility thus this project looked at how Williams-Martini could possibility circumvent these circumstances to continue their relationship. The use of DESIRE stems from Martini's tagline which features DESIRE as the main component and is easily associable to the brand, the use of dark and light blue lines are to remain in visual relation to Martini's racing heritage.

The following images showcase how Williams-Martini could potentially continue their relationship through cleverly disguised liveries, team wear and circuit-side branding such as brake marker boarding and banners.

Time permitting meant that photographing the brake marker board in location was impossible, these renders offer some idea as to how it may appear
