for Eastdil Secured

Eastdil Secured is a Real Estate Investment Banking Company that combines capital markets expertise with an in-depth understanding of real estate fundamentals to execute a wide range of real estate transactions.

I have helped produce over 500 printed pieces to facilitate real estate sales for Eastdil Secured. A few examples of my work are shown below. For each project I coordinated communication between the art department, financial department and outsource vendors to gather the necessary photos and information to produce high end offering memorandums within strict deadlines. After I layout all of the graphics, photos and information into a print ready file, I print and bind the offering memorandums in house or manage the outsourcing.
