Kömörő is a village, counting roughly 500 inhabitants in the Eastern part of Hungary. I grew up here, until I reached the age of 18. My parents still live here today, also this is where i come home. Only an insignificant part of the population is the youth. Few of them move to the nearest city in the hope of a better living, but even very few of them continue studying. One can say, the average way is trying to make a living from social employment, after finishing the elementary school. This is the general scenario for the entire region. I am involved in interpreting this phenomenon, every time I go home to Kömörő. In the future, I will be busy because of the examination of the situation of the youth in the region, and i will attempt to get a deeper understanding of their circumstances.
