Beach House in Florida
The general solution proposed for the design challenge fulfills all the requests of the client. The design proposes the addition of house area and functions. The exterior view concept gives a good relation between the existing part and the new one. By using the same materials as the existing part and adding similar ones, the overall view of the house looks as an entire one. In order to highlight the new added part of the house a new shape of the roof is proposed for the new extension. Thus, the design makes evident the concept: An entire house built in different periods.
