4shared Music for Nokia Asha
The 4shared Music application allows users to easily listen to their favorite music stored in the 4shared account on the go. Users can add create playlists and download them for offline listening, upload tracks from their phone to 4shared, search for new tracks.
What are main features of the app? The user can search for music and preview the search results, then add tracks to the playlist. The user can listen to, create, modify and delete playlists. The user can download playlists for offline listening, manage current downloads. The user can add, remove and rearrange tracks in playlists. The user can upload music to 4shared account and manage current uploads.
Our main task as for designers was to create the design of app for Nokia Asha 501 and supporting documents (functional guidelines and style kit for developers). We had some limitations. We couldn't create stuff out of Nokia Asha 501 guidelines and we had to be fast as possible that is why we couldn't spend time on beautiful illustrations and clever icons. So, we tried to be smart as possible in usability, accessibility and other things that our users needed. Let us present our final work.
