A wax Hand is transformed into a marionette that mirrors the movements of the living hand. The Strings are pulled, the Hand begins to move.
Being given Movement is as being given Life. The mechanical Hand starts exploring her possibilities and tries to reach out to the living things. During her journey though, by no means she manages to be acknowledged or even perceived.
This video was shot at the KHB (Weißensee School of Art, Berlin, Germany) in January 2016 and it's still a work in progress.
