As a part of their Grazié campaign, Peroni were celebrating great examples of Italian cuisine. For this they asked me to photograph Gaia Enria, a Head chef of Burro E Salvia, in Shoreditch London.
The photography was used throughout Peroni's social channels and with Gaia's interview article on the brand's website.
