Highly regarded for providing quality long-term care, Opis was not nearly as well known for their other more profitable business units (post-acute rehab, home health, etc.). Additionally, the organization’s “identity” lacked cohesiveness and synergy despite having all the operational aspects in place.  
 
SOLUTION
Re-branded and re-positioned the organization as Florida’s leading multi-care provider for older adults. Communicated the full scope and expansion of services through new collateral material and external/internal multi-media promotional campaigns. Employed a thought-leadership campaign focused on education and image-building of the corporate brand.

OUTCOME
The re-branding effort resulted in a significant increase in cross-selling opportunities between the different business units. Medicare Part A census for the Opis SigmaLink Rehab units grew by an average of 19% over the first year. Through cost effective marketing management and vendor negotiations, Opis received a 23% reduction in production charges below contract agreement.
