The Dungan Nequette Experience
 A look into the new home of Dungan Nequette Architects

The new office of Dungan Nequette resides in Mountain Brook, Alabama and I had the opportunity to photograph it a few weeks ago. I've long been a fan of DNA's work and it was really an honor to photograph their office. You really step into their mind when passing through the front entrance and you see what the work of DNA is about. I will not speak for the architects philosophy behind their work but what I have noticed throughout DNA work is the raw and honest beauty of materials they choose to build with, the use of clean lines, earth tones palettes, and metal mullions with proportionate glass- just to name a few and all are present in this office to create a DNA experience. A strong axis divides the office length-wise and on the right there are architect work stations and on the left there is a conference room and principal office with adjoining drafting room.
