SELECTED DRAWINGS AND SKETCHES
Various hand drawn images, scenes, and places
I love drawing - it is something I've always had a passion for and enjoyed.  I especially like ink and pens - to make a mark that is permanent, no erasing, and it's there...no matter if you meant to make a mark or not...you either throw it away and start over or use it and work into your piece.

I view kind of like life, you get one shot...can't come back and do things over, so you make it work.  If you make a mistake, work it out, learn, improve, do better next time.

Multi-Cultural Buildings

Sharpie and Ink

Entry to a competition to create a poster for the Multi-cultural center at Olympic College.

I imagined a little village of unique, different buildings, but similar people since at heart we, all people, desire the same things - Mainly to be loved, appreciated, and cared for.

We, all people, live in different regions which shapes our buildings and the environment we live in.  I decided to make the people all the same to make observers consider what we all have in common...not what separates us.
