Definitely not the easiest project I've completed, or the most flawless, 2012's Day of Caring was still one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I watched as wind blew out tents down left and right, companies of volunteers didn't show, projects were rearranged behind my back, the sound system didn't work right, etc. BUT THE SHOW WENT ON. Our 10 teams of approximately 250 volunteers came through to support the agency project that had picked AND our windblown breakfast.
