FIRJAN - REDESIGN (PORTAL)
CLIENT AGENCIA AMO | YEAR 2013/2014 | ROLE INFORMATION ARCHITECT AND UX DESIGNER

The client: FIRJAN System is a network of private nonprofit organisation with more than ten thousand associates. Its mission is to promote business competitiveness, education and quality of life of industrial workers in the state of Rio de Janeiro. They develop and coordinate studies, researches and projects to guide the actions of industrial promotion and new investments in the state. They also own schools (SESI and SENAI) and an institution (IEL) that promotes business training and develops projects to encourage entrepreneurship.

The portal had an enormous amount of information to be organised, uncountable possible user case scenarios and flows, different targets (B2B and B2C, in a variety of ages and demographic variations).

To summarise the deliverable, the final pack had:

- Information architecture (sitemap, structure, macro and micro IA, etc)
- Navigation (main menu, contextual menu, footer, etc)
- URL directions (to make sure that they are human-readable and follow the IA)

- Documented wireframe (more than 100 pages, designed with around 12 page templates)
- Responsive version of all the templates / interactions
- Visual design

I worked on it with Agencia Amo in 2013 and 2014, they just finished developing in 2015, so you check it out online.
