Aydelotte General Contracting is a company that does home improvements. I wanted to create a logo that symbolized expert worksmanship and a logo that would stand out when people looked at it. I wanted the logo to be understandable and let people know exactly what his company does.
This is their final choice of the logos I have provided.
I had another idea of something a little more modern looking that resembled home improvement. I wanted to give him a variety of logos that he could choose from that all had different styles.
This logo I wanted to add a vintage look to and show how long the company has been around which would show that the construction would be a quality job with all the years of experience.
I tried something new with this design and instead of hammers I used a hardhat which looked pretty nice. I thought this one had the most use of the white space and did a good job of attracting the eye.
