The design concept of the Development Bank's annual report is based on the events and objects that changed the world: exploration of Mars, artificial islands in Dubai, the transatlantic telegraph cable... Every great achievement, of course, required financial support. But does money itself have value? Only in conjunction with human genius, the desire for knowledge, the thirst for discovery, money can become a driving force.
