Government services in Ukraine are very complex, inefficient and often corrupt.

In order to avoid direct visit to government institutions people tend to pay illegal middlemen who in their turn bribe officials. Ukrainians used to spend billions on those illegal payments.

In order to stop corruption, provide new level of services and kill bureaucracy  reform is launched.

Our task was to show and explain the change that is coming. We used simple and friendly style to clearly convey the message.

We developed script, storyboards, made voiceover and sfx. Video is used in press conferences of minister and on government web pages. Reform gained high publicity in all media and video was very well accepted by public.
