An empty 4 story building located on the corner of Rue Saint Sacrement and Rue Saint Pierre was transformed from an open warehouse building, most recently used as a printing press into a high end commercial design space and 9 individual lofts.
Along with partners and a local contracting company we presented our vision to the architects. We worked with both the construction team, the architects, city council officials on a daily basis. The original building was purchased for $650,000.00 however the resale value of the finished property was approx $3.5 - 4 mil
