40 WEST STEAKHOUSE
Amazing work experience here, collaborating for a first class Steakhouse Restaurant in Monterrey, Mexico. The most important part of this project, was to learn about different steakhouse preparations, wines, and another cooking topics. With a Palestine and Sudafrican Chefs as my guides, this was a cultural and first class experience project. Bon appétit!
