One of the typefaces I have created this year is called Block Life, which is designed for use at low opacities - I have included a sample of it below.
It obivously lends itself to 3D printing, so I decided to give it a go. Each letter is a 30mm cube, so they are compact but remain quite strong. I love that they are hollow, and am intending to take some photos with the city visible inside the body of the letterforms.
It is the first time I've ever tried anything like this; please let me know what you think!
