A notebook that reminds us about the objects we carries and what we value in life
This is a project developed while I'm an intern at III (Institute for Information Industry). The goal is to design a gift to present to visitors at the IDEAS facilities. I decided to play on the nuance of what a notebook is used for in this time where most of its functions were replaced by smart phones. The cover design also serves as a reminder of what we value in life when we balance work and play.
Early Concepts
Initially I pitched in a lot of different designs for a gift that were not just notebooks, however with the low cost for production on standardized tooling for notebook, the executives were pretty set on manufacturing them instead of other products.
Final Design
This design was picked for production, unfortunately I don't have a copy as my internship already ended when it was sent for production.
