The poster above was created for the The College of Arts and Humanities at the University of Maryland, College Park for the 2011-2012 Dean's Lecture Series. This series had 4 different speakers about various topics within the Arts and Humanities. The flyer had to showcase all the speakers without any one dominating. The fonts used for the heading are Alte Haas Grotesk which gives the flyer a modern look yet, it still looks academic. The background texture insinuates a modern and grunge feel which makes the flyer appealing to students and really causes the black and white images to pop. 

This poster was for a project in class in which we were supposed to create a propaganda poster with either a positive or negative message. My poster celebrates the various shapes and sizes of women. The simple lines are elegant and emphasize the beauty of each curve. The title font is  Baskerville and the subtitle is Artifika Medium.
