Race Against Hunger T-Shirt

I was asked by a friend to create a design that could go onto a t-shirt for a charity race in order to raise money to fight against hunger (Brockton, MA). I had a very short time span to finish the project to guarantee that the shirts would be printed on time, so this project had a very short completion time (that of about 2 days). My inspiration for this shirt came from knowing that the shirt could only be up to two colors and would be printed on white. This meant that the design really had to stand out. I also did not want the design to be overwhelming, but I wanted it to be attention grabbing. I kept the design simple and made the image large and played around with the color. I started with just a black and white image then thought it would be more eye catching to use green (because it's the charity's logo color). I'll post images of the t-shirt once they are printed, around May 20th.
